Our beloved Susie Ann Stubbs was born on June 30, 1930, in Baker County, Georgia, to the late Jimmie and Jeffann Roberts Stubbs.

Susie moved to Miami, Florida, marrying the late Sam Dunbar. Susie spent her life working in the hospitality industry, which began at a hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. Susie was also employed at Victoria Hospital and Parkway Regional Hospital, where she prepared patients' meals and served physicians. Susie later returned to hospitality in the laundry department at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, until she resigned after she became ill.

She departed this life on July 09, 2022, at her home in Miami, Florida. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church of Miami, Florida.

She leaves to cherish her memories: one sister, Jimmie Lee White of West Palm Beach, Florida; one brother, Eddie Stubbs (Anna) of Bainbridge, Georgia; one aunt, Dollie Roberts of Albany, Georgia; three sons Willie Stubbs, Arrie Lee Stubbs (Pat) of Miami, Florida, and John Stubbs (Eloise) of Cordele, Georgia; three daughters, Margie Jefferson of Miramar, Florida, Debra Dunbar, and Rosa Dunbar of Miami, Florida; along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other caring relatives and friends.
